Persons of French nationality and nationals of another Member State of the European Union shall send to the Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice, by 30 April at the latest, a file in duplicate comprising:
1° All official documents proving their identity and nationality;
2° The diplomas, certificates or titles they hold;
3° Any supporting documents making it possible to assess the content and level of post-secondary studies successfully completed and whether the person concerned has completed the required professional training period.
The documents produced are accompanied, where applicable, by a translation into French by a translator approved by the French courts or authorised to act before the judicial or administrative authorities of a Member State of the European Union or party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
Candidates who have a disability within the meaning of article L. 114 of the Code de l’action sociale et des familles and who are requesting the benefit of arrangements for the conduct of the tests pursuant to the provisions of article R. 822-7-1 shall also send a copy of the request made to this effect to the chair of the selection board and a copy of the opinion of the doctor appointed by the committee referred to in Article L. 146-9 of the Code de l’action sociale et des familles or by the State representative for tests taking place in Mayotte, New Caledonia or Wallis and Futuna.
