Persons who are not nationals of a Member State of the European Union shall send the Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice, by 30 April at the latest, a file in duplicate comprising the documents mentioned in article A. 822-20.
They shall also submit any supporting documents enabling an assessment to be made as to whether they have sufficient professional experience, within the meaning of the third paragraph of Article R. 822-7.
Les personnes non ressortissantes d’un Etat membre de l’Union européenne adressent au garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, au plus tard le 30 avril, un dossier en double exemplaire comprenant les pièces mentionnées à l’article A. 822-20.
Elles présentent, en outre, tous justificatifs permettant d’apprécier si elles bénéficient d’une expérience professionnelle suffisante, au sens du troisième alinéa de l’article R. 822-7.
