Where a person has been invested by a decision with a specific function or a general power of attorney, the acts that he has validly entered into with third parties in good faith are not affected if, subsequently, that decision is either modified or retracted, or overturned.

Lorsqu’une personne a été investie par une décision d’une fonction déterminée ou d’une habilitation générale, les actes qu’elle a valablement passés avec des tiers de bonne foi ne sont pas affectés si, par la suite, cette décision est soit modifiée ou rétractée, soit infirmée.
