The proxy proves his mandate by a power of attorney deposited in the minutes of the notary. At the request of one of the parties or the notary, the power of attorney must be authenticated.

Le mandataire justifie de son mandat par une procuration déposée au rang des minutes du notaire. A la demande de l’un des intéressés ou du notaire, la procuration doit être authentiquement légalisée.
