The court sends the association a draft notice for publication intended for a newspaper for legal announcements.
The association pays the publication costs directly to the newspaper and sends proof of this to the court within one month of being sent the draft notice for publication.
Within fifteen days of proof of payment to the newspaper for legal announcements, the registry sends the latter, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, the notice for publication.
The notice shall contain:
1° The references and date of registration;
2° The name;
3° The address of the registered office or domiciliation;
4° The extract from the articles of association provided for in the third paragraph of article 30-1;
5° The date of adoption of the articles of association;
6° The surnames and forenames of the members of the management.
