The register of registered associations is kept under the judge’s supervision by the court registry, in accordance with a model set by order of the Minister of Justice. An order of the same Minister sets the date from which the register is kept electronically.
Le registre des associations inscrites est tenu sous le contrôle du juge par le greffe du tribunal, selon un modèle fixé par arrêté du garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice. Un arrêté du même ministre fixe la date à compter de laquelle le registre est tenu sur support électronique.
