Statement of information to be included on the statement of price revisions and/or updates

This document must include the following information:

– the contract reference and, where applicable, any documents amending the contract;

– the month of performance of the service that is the subject of the price review and/or update (1);

– the amount exclusive of tax of the various sums subject to the price revision and/or update (1);

– the revision coefficient(s), together with the calculations used to determine it/them;

> the rate and amount of VAT on the revised and/or updated price
– the rate and amount of VAT on updates and/or revisions (1);

– the amount including VAT of the revaluation(s).

(1) A price may be either discountable or revisable.

Enonciation des mentions devant figurer sur l’état liquidatif des révisions et/ou actualisations de prix

Ce document doit mentionner les éléments suivants :

– la référence du marché, le cas échéant, des documents modifiant le marché ;

– le mois d’exécution de la prestation faisant l’objet de la révision et/ou de l’actualisation du prix (1) ;

– le montant hors taxes des différentes sommes faisant l’objet de la révision et/ou de l’actualisation de prix (1) ;

– le(s) coefficient(s) de révision accompagné(s) des calculs ayant permis sa (leur) détermination ;

– le taux et le montant de TVA sur actualisations et/ou révisions (1) ;

– le montant TTC de la (des) revalorisation(s).

(1) Un prix peut être soit actualisable, soit révisable.
