STRUCTURE OF THE PRIMARY OR AMENDING BUDGETS AND DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THESE BUDGETS BY ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY NETWORK

The primary and amending budgets of establishments in the chambers of commerce and industry network consist of the following documents:

1. For the establishment as a whole and for each of its budget departments, as well as for State port or airport concessions:

– a statement of operating transactions;

– a statement of cash flow;

– a statement of capital transactions.

2. For the establishment as a whole:

2.1. Supplementary tables:

– table of interdepartmental benefits and contributions;

– table of changes during the financial year in interdepartmental loans and advances;

– tables of staff numbers and payroll;

– table of working capital.

2.2. An approval summary sheet.

STRUCTURE DES BUDGETS PRIMITIFS OU RECTIFICATIFS ET DOCUMENTS À PRÉSENTER AVEC CES BUDGETS PAR LES ÉTABLISSEMENTS DU RÉSEAU DES CHAMBRES DE COMMERCE ET D’INDUSTRIE

Les budgets primitifs et rectificatifs des établissements du réseau des chambres de commerce et d’industrie sont constitués des documents suivants :

1. Pour l’ensemble de l’établissement et pour chacun de ses services budgétaires, ainsi que pour les concessions portuaires ou aéroportuaires de l’Etat :

― un état des opérations de fonctionnement ;

― un état de la capacité d’autofinancement ;

― un état des opérations en capital.

2. Pour l’ensemble de l’établissement :

2.1. Des tableaux annexes :

― tableau des prestations et contributions interservices ;

― tableau des variations pendant l’exercice des prêts et avances interservices ;

― tableaux des effectifs et de la masse salariale ;

― tableau du fonds de roulement.

2.2. Un feuillet récapitulatif d’approbation.
