STRUCTURE OF EXECUTED BUDGETS AND DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THESE BUDGETS BY ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY NETWORK
The executed budgets of establishments in the chambers of commerce and industry network consist of the following documents:
1. For the establishment as a whole.
1.1. An approval summary sheet.
1.2.1. A statement of operations.
1.2.2. A statement of cash flow.
1.2.3. A statement of capital transactions.
1.3. Supplementary tables:
– table of interdepartmental services and contributions;
– table of changes during the financial year in interdepartmental loans and advances;
– table of contributions and other assistance granted to third parties;
– table of guarantees and sureties granted ;
– table of subsidiaries and shareholdings;
– table of information relating to entities linked to the institution;
– table of debt structure;
– table of collections;
– tables of headcount and payroll;
– table of working capital.
1.4.1. A balance sheet.
1.4.2. An income statement (*).
1.4.3. Notes to the financial statements.
1.4.4. A cash flow statement.
2. For each of its budget departments and the State’s port or airport concessions:
– a statement of operating transactions;
– a statement of self-financing capacity;
– a statement of capital transactions.
3. For the “Collection and management of the PEEC” budget department and for each State port or airport concession:
– an asset position;
– a financing table;
– a working capital table.
(*) As the statement of operating activities is presented in exactly the same way as the income statement, the latter is included here only as a reminder, although its production is not actually required for approval of the budgets.
