Statement of the information that must be included in a concession contract

A. Concession contracts

A concession contract is necessarily a written contract that must contain the following particulars:

1. Duration of the concession contract. (1)

2. Amount and method of calculation of entry fees and royalties paid by the concessionaire to the concession-granting authority according to the content of the contract. (2)

3. Tariffs charged to users and the impact on these tariffs of the parameters or indices that determine their evolution. (3)

B. Concession contracts delegating a public service in the field of drinking water, wastewater treatment and the treatment of household waste and other waste

The concession contract must be in writing and must contain the following information:

2. Tariffs payable by users and the impact on these tariffs of the parameters or indices that determine their evolution. (3)

A. Les contrats de concession


Un contrat de concession est nécessairement un contrat écrit devant contenir les mentions suivantes :


1. Durée du contrat de concession. (1)


2. Montant et modes de calcul des droits d’entrée et des redevances versées par le concessionnaire à l’autorité concédante selon le contenu du contrat. (2)


3. Tarifs à la charge des usagers et incidence sur ces tarifs des paramètres ou indices qui déterminent leur évolution. (3)


B. Les contrats de concession déléguant un service public dans le domaine de l’eau potable, de l’assainissement et du traitement des ordures ménagères et autres déchets


Le contrat de concession est nécessairement un contrat écrit devant contenir les mentions suivantes :


1. Durée du contrat de concession. (1)


2. Tarifs à la charge des usagers et incidence sur ces tarifs des paramètres ou indices qui déterminent leur évolution. (3)
