Article D1173-10 of the French Public Health Code

No later than 1st March each year, the holder of the authorisation sends the authorities mentioned in the first paragraph of article R. 1173-1 a report on the activity and funding of the sports and health centre during the previous year.

No later than eight months before the authorisation expires, the holder of the authorisation must send the same authorities an overall report on its activity and funding during the authorisation period.

Article D1173-10

Le titulaire de l’habilitation transmet aux autorités mentionnées au premier alinéa de l’article R. 1173-1, au plus tard le 1er mars de chaque année, un rapport sur l’activité et le financement de la maison sport-santé au cours de l’année écoulée.

Au plus tard huit mois avant la date d’expiration de l’habilitation, le titulaire de celle-ci adresse aux mêmes autorités un bilan global de son activité et de son financement durant l’habilitation.
