Any person opening an artificial bathing facility to the public must have the bathing water profile mentioned in article D. 1332-20. This profile covers the filling water, when it is not intended for human consumption, and the water in the bathing area.
In the event of significant modifications to environmental conditions, construction work or changes to infrastructures in the artificial bathing area or its immediate vicinity, which are likely to affect water quality, the artificial bathing water profile is revised by the person responsible for the artificial bathing area.
