The supply of an artificial bathing facility with water other than water intended for human consumption is ensured under the conditions of I and II of article D. 1332-4.

The content of the authorisation file referred to in this paragraph for the supply of an artificial bathing facility with water other than water intended for human consumption is set by order of the Minister for Health.

L’alimentation d’une baignade artificielle par une eau autre que l’eau destinée à la consommation humaine est assurée dans les conditions des I et II de l’article D. 1332-4.

Le contenu du dossier d’autorisation mentionné à cet alinéa pour l’alimentation de la baignade artificielle par une eau autre que l’eau destinée à la consommation humaine est fixé par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.
