Article D1332-6 of the French Public Health Code

I.-Persons other than bathers and staff, in particular spectators, visitors or accompanying persons, may only be admitted to the pool enclosure if areas separate from the bathing areas and including specific sanitary facilities have been provided for this purpose or if they are barefoot and have first passed through a footbath or a foot spray ramp.

II – The provisions of I do not apply to the facilities mentioned in IV of article D. 1332-4.

I.-Les personnes autres que les baigneurs et le personnel, notamment les spectateurs, visiteurs ou accompagnateurs, ne peuvent être admises dans l’enceinte de la piscine que si des espaces distincts des zones de bain et comportant des équipements sanitaires spécifiques ont été prévus à cette fin ou si elles sont pieds nus et sont préalablement passées par un pédiluve ou par une rampe d’aspersion pour pieds.


II.-Les dispositions prévues au I ne s’appliquent pas aux installations mentionnées au IV de l’article D. 1332-4.
