I.- Access to beaches includes footbaths or foot spray ramps and body showers.
II.- The location of footbaths and foot spray ramps must mean that bathers must use them when accessing beaches.
Footbaths and foot spray ramps are supplied with running disinfectant water. The level of free chlorine or available chlorine in this water is greater than 5 mg/L.
This water is discharged without being able to be recycled within the establishment.
Foot baths are cleaned and emptied daily.
III.-In establishments opened after 1st January 2022, the overlap between areas where shoes are removed and areas where shoes are worn is indicated by any means.
IV.- The person in charge of the swimming pool informs bathers by any means of the obligation to take a soapy shower before entering the pool. Soap may be made available.
V.-The provisions of I to IV do not apply:
1° To the facilities mentioned in IV of article D. 1332-4;
2° To establishments opened before 1 January 2022, with a total pool area of less than 240 square metres, with the exception of those renovating beach access after this date;
3° Establishments where the only facilities mentioned in article D. 1332-1 are individual pools, whirlpool baths with a volume of less than 10 cubic metres or paddling pools for children with a water depth of no more than 0.4 metres.
