I.-In areas where people must be removed from their shoes, attached, semi-fixed or movable floor coverings, in particular carpets and gratings, are prohibited, with the exception of channel covers for gratings.
II.-Floor coverings in areas where people must remove their shoes must not impair the quality of the pool water and must be rot-proof, washable, resistant to impact and to pool water cleaning and treatment products, non-slip and non-abrasive.
III.-The person responsible for the pool must formalise an internal procedure for cleaning surfaces and make it available to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency. This procedure specifies in particular the specific cleaning areas, the frequency of cleaning, the nature of the products used, their instructions for use and their safety data sheet, the equipment used, as well as the way in which they are stored and their compatibility with use in swimming pools.
IV-The provisions of I to III do not apply to the facilities mentioned in IV of article D. 1332-4.
The provisions of II do not apply to swimming pools opened to the public before 1 January 2022, with the exception of those undergoing floor renovation after this date.
