The National Health Conference meets in plenary session at least twice a year, when convened by its Chairman or at the request of the Minister for Health.
The National Health Conference meets as a standing committee, as provided for in article D. 1411-41, and as a standing working group, as provided for in article D. 1411-43, at least four times a year, when convened by the President or at the request of at least one third of the members of the relevant committee.
Meetings of the Conference’s various configurations and working groups are not open to the public, unless the Chairman decides otherwise in accordance with the conditions laid down in the Rules of Procedure.
The notice of meeting and the documents required to prepare meetings or to be drawn up at the end of meetings are mainly sent by e-mail.
At least ten days before the date of the meeting, except in the case of an emergency, the members of the various configurations shall receive a notice of meeting containing the draft agenda and, where applicable, the related documents.
