Article D1411-45-4 of the French Public Health Code

The National Health Conference meets in plenary session at least twice a year, when convened by its Chairman or at the request of the Minister for Health.

The National Health Conference meets as a standing committee, as provided for in article D. 1411-41, and as a standing working group, as provided for in article D. 1411-43, at least four times a year, when convened by the President or at the request of at least one third of the members of the relevant committee.

Meetings of the Conference’s various configurations and working groups are not open to the public, unless the Chairman decides otherwise in accordance with the conditions laid down in the Rules of Procedure.

The notice of meeting and the documents required to prepare meetings or to be drawn up at the end of meetings are mainly sent by e-mail.

At least ten days before the date of the meeting, except in the case of an emergency, the members of the various configurations shall receive a notice of meeting containing the draft agenda and, where applicable, the related documents.

La Conférence nationale de santé se réunit en assemblée plénière au moins deux fois par an, sur convocation de son Président ou à la demande du Ministre chargé de la santé.

La Conférence nationale de santé se réunit en commission permanente, prévue à l’article D. 1411-41, et en groupe de travail permanent, prévu à l’article D. 1411-43, au moins quatre fois par an, sur convocation du président ou à la demande d’au moins un tiers des membres de la formation concernée.

Les réunions des différentes formations et groupes de travail de la Conférence ne sont pas publiques, sauf décision contraire du Président, dans les conditions fixées par le règlement intérieur.

La convocation, les pièces ou les documents nécessaires à la préparation des réunions ou établis à l’issue de celles-ci sont, principalement, envoyés par courrier électronique.

Sauf urgence, les membres des différentes formations reçoivent, dix jours au moins avant la date de la réunion, une convocation comportant le projet d’ordre du jour et, le cas échéant, les documents afférents.
