The election of the Chairman may only take place if at least half of the members of the National Health Conference are present or have given a mandate. The election of the members representing the colleges on the Standing Committee may only take place if at least half of the members of each college are present or have given a mandate.

Il ne peut être procédé à l’élection du président que si la moitié au moins des membres de la Conférence nationale de santé est présente ou a donné mandat. L’élection des membres représentant les collèges à la Commission permanente ne peut avoir lieu que si la moitié au moins des membres de chaque collège est présente ou a donné mandat.
