Article D1413-49 of the French Public Health Code

The Minister for Health, acting on a proposal from the Director General of the National Public Health Agency, shall draw up a list of national reference centres for a period of five years, specifying, where applicable, whether they are designated as “coordinating laboratory”, “associated laboratory” or “expert laboratory”.

These laboratories form the network of national reference centres.

Le ministre chargé de la santé arrête pour cinq ans, sur proposition du directeur général de l’Agence nationale de santé publique, la liste des centres nationaux de référence, en précisant, le cas échéant, s’ils sont désignés en qualité de “ Laboratoire coordonnateur ”, “ Laboratoire associé ”, ou “ Laboratoire expert ”.


Ces laboratoires constituent le réseau des centres nationaux de référence.
