Article D1413-52 of the French Public Health Code

National centres of reference, “associated national centres of reference-laboratories” and “national centres of reference-expert laboratories” carry out their missions within the framework of agreements signed with the Agence nationale de santé publique, which include:

1° A five-year work programme drawn up in compliance with the specifications mentioned in article D. 1413-47 ;

2° A description of the structure’s resources: number and qualifications of staff and nature of the technical facilities.

Les centres nationaux de référence, les “ centres nationaux de référence-Laboratoire associés ” et les “ centres nationaux de référence-Laboratoire expert ” exercent leurs missions dans le cadre de conventions passées avec l’Agence nationale de santé publique, qui comprennent :


1° Un programme de travail quinquennal élaboré dans le respect des cahiers des charges mentionnés à l’article D. 1413-47 ;


2° Le descriptif des moyens de la structure : nombre et qualification des personnels et nature du plateau technique.
