Article D1442-13 of the French Public Health Code

When the territorial jurisdiction of the territorial conference is made up of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, article D. 1434-22 is amended as follows:

1° The first paragraph is replaced by the following provisions: When the territorial jurisdiction of the territorial conference is made up of Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy, it is made up of a maximum of twenty-eight members;

2° In 1°, the word: ten is replaced by the word: four and the word: five is replaced by the word: two.

3° In 2°, the word: eight is replaced by the word: four;

4° In 4°, the word: six is replaced by the word: three and the words: no more than three doctors and no more than three representatives of other healthcare professionals are replaced by the words: one doctor and one representative of other healthcare professionals;

5° In 5°, the words: no more than two representatives are replaced by the words: one representative and the word : designated is replaced by the word: appointed;

6° In 8°, the word: eight is replaced by the word: four, the word: five is replaced by the word: two and the word: three is replaced by the word: two;

7° 9° is replaced by the following provisions:

9° No more than six representatives of local authorities, including three representatives of the Saint-Barthélemy Territorial Council and three representatives of the Saint-Martin Territorial Council.

Lorsque le ressort territorial de la conférence de territoire est constitué de Saint-Barthélemy et de Saint-Martin, l’article D. 1434-22 est ainsi modifié :

1° Le premier alinéa est remplacé par les dispositions suivantes : Lorsque le ressort territorial de la conférence de territoire est constitué de Saint-Martin et Saint-Barthélemy, elle est composée de vingt-huit membres au plus ;

2° Au 1°, le mot : dix est remplacé par le mot : quatre et le mot : cinq est remplacé par le mot : deux.

3° Au 2°, le mot : huit est remplacé par le mot : quatre ;

4° Au 4°, le mot : six est remplacé par le mot : trois et les mots : au plus trois médecins et au plus trois représentants des autres professionnels de santé sont remplacés par les mots : un médecin et un représentant des autres professionnels de santé ;

5° Au 5°, les mots : au plus deux représentants sont remplacés par les mots : un représentant et le mot : désignés est remplacé par le mot : désigné ;

6° Au 8°, le mot : huit est remplacé par le mot : quatre, le mot : cinq est remplacé par le mot : deux et le mot : trois est remplacé par le mot : deux ;

7° Le 9° est remplacé par les dispositions suivantes :

9° Au plus six représentants des collectivités locales dont trois représentants du conseil territorial de Saint-Barthélemy et trois représentants du conseil territorial de Saint-Martin.
