2° The President of the Departmental Council of Guadeloupe, the President of the Territorial Council of Saint-Barthélemy and the President of the Territorial Council of Saint-Martin.

2° 8° is worded as follows

8° A representative of the territorial health councils, appointed by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency on the recommendation of the territorial health council.
