An interministerial technical assistance service is set up within the National Directorate of the Judicial Police, made up of police officers, gendarmerie members and customs officers. This service is responsible for training undercover agents, technical assistance for undercover operations defined by Article 706-81 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and by article 67 bis-II of the Customs Code and the centralisation of information from these operations carried out by customs, the police and the national gendarmerie. This department is also responsible for implementing the protection and reintegration measures decided by the national protection and reintegration commission. It monitors the persons benefiting from these measures and informs the chairman of the commission of any issues relating to this monitoring, particularly in the event of non-compliance with the obligations laid down. He is responsible for implementing the decisions of the President of the Paris Judicial Court taken pursuant to the aforementioned decree of 17 March 2014.
