For the application of articles 694-7 and 695-2 of this code, the Minister of Justice shall give his approval after receiving the opinion of the National Director of the Judicial Police. For the application of the provisions of Article 67 bis-VIII of the Customs Code, the Minister of Justice shall give his agreement after obtaining the opinion of the Director General of Customs.
