The departments, units and bodies, referred to in Article 706-95-17, that may carry out operations to install the technical devices referred to in Article 706-102-1 sont :

-the national judicial police directorate and its zonal and regional directorates;

-the general directorate of internal security;

-the central judicial police offices;

-the national police intervention force;

-the territorial judicial police services and the territorial RAID services of the territorial directorates of the national police ;

the subdirectorate of the judicial police of the national gendarmerie;

the command of the gendarmerie in cyberspace;

the central criminal intelligence service of the national gendarmerie;

the research sections of the national gendarmerie;

the judicial support sections of the national gendarmerie;

the intervention group of the national gendarmerie.
