The copy of the documents in the investigation file provided for by article 81 may be made in digital format. It shall be stored in such a way as to ensure that it is only accessible to persons authorised to consult it.

The marking of file documents provided for in Article 81 may be the result of an automated process, under the supervision of one or more registry agents, which does not result in any alteration to the marked document.
