For the application of this section
1° A cinematographic performance is the showing of a cinematographic programme in a specific room of a cinematographic establishment at a specific time;
2° A cinematographic programme is the cinematographic or audiovisual works or documents shown during the same cinematographic performance, excluding trailers and cinematographic works of an advertising nature;
3° An admission fee is the ticket issued by the operator of a cinema to any spectator before the latter enters the room of the cinema where a given film show is taking place;
4° A box office is the area within a cinema dedicated to issuing admission fees;
5° A film week is a cycle of seven consecutive days determined in accordance with industry practice.
