Article D213-11 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The financial documentation submitted to the Banque de France is drawn up in French or in a language other than French that is customary in financial matters, if the securities can only be subscribed or acquired for an amount at least equivalent to 200,000 euros or the foreign currency equivalent of this amount, and provided that the issuer includes a warning in French in its financial documentation inviting the investor, if necessary, to have this documentation translated into French, under the conditions specified by an order of the Minister for the Economy.

La documentation financière remise à la Banque de France est rédigée en français ou dans une langue usuelle en matière financière autre que le français, dans le cas où les titres ne peuvent être souscrits ou acquis que pour un montant au moins équivalent à 200 000 euros ou la contre-valeur de ce montant en devises et à condition que l’émetteur fasse figurer un avertissement en français dans sa documentation financière invitant l’investisseur, le cas échéant, à recourir à une traduction en français de cette documentation, dans les conditions précisées par un arrêté du ministre chargé de l’économie.
