Article D213-14 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The distributor or, in the case provided for in article L. 213-33, the line producer, has three months from receipt of the draft audit report provided for in article L. 213-35 to submit its written observations to the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.

Le distributeur ou, dans le cas prévu à l’article L. 213-33, le producteur délégué, dispose d’un délai de trois mois à compter de la réception du projet de rapport d’audit prévu à l’article L. 213-35 pour présenter ses observations écrites au Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.
