Article D214-32-7-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The notification referred to in Article D. 214-32-7-1 shall contain the following information:

1° The consequences of the transaction on voting rights ;

2° The terms of the acquisition of control, in particular information on the identity of the various shareholders involved, any natural or legal person authorised to exercise voting rights on their behalf and, where applicable, all companies through which voting rights are effectively held;

3° The date on which control was acquired.

La notification mentionnée à l’article D. 214-32-7-1 contient les renseignements suivants :

1° Les conséquences de l’opération sur les droits de vote ;

2° Les conditions de la prise de contrôle, notamment des informations sur l’identité des différents actionnaires impliqués, sur toute personne physique ou morale habilitée à exercer les droits de vote pour leur compte et, le cas échéant, l’ensemble des sociétés par l’intermédiaire desquelles les droits de vote sont effectivement détenus ;

3° La date de la prise de contrôle.
