The opening of a share savings plan is the subject of a written contract between the subscriber and one of the bodies mentioned in article L. 221-30.
This contract informs the subscriber that only one plan may be opened per adult natural person and that the amount paid into the equity savings plan is limited to 150,000 euros since the opening of the plan or 20,000 euros since the opening of the plan for an adult natural person attached to a taxpayer’s tax household. It also sets out the consequences of non-compliance with any of these conditions.
Articles L. 221-30 to L. 221-32 of this Code and articles 150-0 A, 150-0 D, 157, 200 A and 1765 of the General Tax Code are mentioned in this contract.
The contract sets out the conditions under which the holder may transfer their plan to another organisation, in particular the costs incurred.
