Article D221-123 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

When withdrawals are made in order to use the sums under the conditions provided for in the second paragraph of article L. 352-3 of the French Forestry Code, the total amount of these withdrawals may not exceed 30% of the sums on deposit at 1st January of the year in question in any one calendar year.

Lorsque des retraits sont effectués pour utiliser les sommes dans les conditions prévues au second alinéa de l’article L. 352-3 du code forestier, le montant total de ces retraits ne peut excéder, au titre d’une même année civile, 30 % des sommes en dépôt au 1er janvier de l’année considérée.
