Managers of entry points to the territory shall provide their entry point with :
1° Secure and suitable premises, away from the main places frequented by the public, intended for the medical care of persons. These premises are made available to the medical service provided for in article D. 3115-20 and have specific routes for transferring sick travellers to a suitable care facility. In ports, medical care is provided on board ships;
2° Suitable premises made available to border health control officers and entomological surveillance services, where applicable;
3° Premises, facilities and resources for the reception and care of animals whose health situation is uncertain under conditions laid down by order of the Ministers of Agriculture and Transport.
