Managers of points of entry to the territory shall identify, on the site of their point of entry :
1° Secure areas which may, if necessary, be dedicated to private interviews between medical service staff carrying out border health checks and travellers. These areas are accessible via a specific circuit for the transfer of travellers who may pose a risk to public health. They also have specific access to facilities for treating travellers who may pose a risk to public health. If a means of transport has all the characteristics necessary for the implementation of these measures, it may be used instead of a dedicated area;
2° Premises where the traceability forms provided for in article R. 3115-67 can be kept, if necessary, in conditions of security appropriate to their content;
3° Isolated, organised and equipped premises capable, where necessary, of receiving means of transport from affected areas and applying the sanitary measures required to limit the risks to public health.
