I. – The application for authorisation as a free information, screening and diagnostic centre is sent by the head of the managing body to the director general of the regional health agency for the region in which the centre is located, together with a dossier, the content of which is defined by order of the Minister for Health.
II. – This application specifies how the centre is to be organised and run, and in particular how compliance with a set of specifications is to be guaranteed, the content of which is defined by the order referred to in I.
III. – The dossier accompanying the application is deemed to be complete if the Director General of the Regional Health Agency has issued a notice of receipt or has not informed the head of the managing body within two months of receipt, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, of the list of missing or incomplete documents.
