Article D3121-22 of the French Public Health Code

I. – The application for authorisation as a free information, screening and diagnostic centre is sent by the head of the managing body to the director general of the regional health agency for the region in which the centre is located, together with a dossier, the content of which is defined by order of the Minister for Health.

II. – This application specifies how the centre is to be organised and run, and in particular how compliance with a set of specifications is to be guaranteed, the content of which is defined by the order referred to in I.

III. – The dossier accompanying the application is deemed to be complete if the Director General of the Regional Health Agency has issued a notice of receipt or has not informed the head of the managing body within two months of receipt, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, of the list of missing or incomplete documents.

I. – La demande d’habilitation comme centre gratuit d’information, de dépistage et de diagnostic est adressée par le responsable de l’organisme gestionnaire au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé de la région dans le ressort de laquelle se situe le centre, accompagnée d’un dossier dont le contenu est défini par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.

II. – Cette demande précise les modalités d’organisation et de fonctionnement du centre, en particulier celles qui garantissent le respect d’un cahier des charges dont le contenu est défini par l’arrêté mentionné au I.

III. – Le dossier accompagnant la demande est réputé complet lorsque le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé a délivré un avis de réception ou n’a pas fait connaître au responsable de l’organisme gestionnaire dans le délai de deux mois après sa réception, par lettre recommandée avec avis de réception, la liste des pièces manquantes ou incomplètes.
