Article D3121-24 of the French Labour Code

In the absence of an agreement as provided for in I of Article L. 3121-33, the annual overtime quota is set at two hundred and twenty hours per employee.

The first paragraph does not apply to the employees referred to in article L. 3121-56 who have signed an agreement for a fixed number of hours over the year.

Article D3121-24

A défaut d’accord prévu au I de l’article L. 3121-33, le contingent annuel d’heures supplémentaires est fixé à deux cent vingt heures par salarié.

Le premier alinéa ne s’applique pas aux salariés mentionnés à l’article L. 3121-56 qui ont conclu une convention de forfait en heures sur l’année.
