Article D3121-24 of the French Public Health Code

The Regional Health Agency is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, monitoring and analysis of the activities of accredited centres. The agency may entrust the operational implementation of the tasks of coordinating, monitoring and analysing activities to an accredited centre mentioned in article D. 3121-21, to a coordination committee for the fight against human immunodeficiency virus infection, or to another competent body.

L’agence régionale de santé est chargée de la programmation stratégique, de la coordination, du suivi et de l’analyse des activités des centres habilités. L’agence peut confier la mise en œuvre opérationnelle des missions de coordination, de suivi et d’analyse des activités à un centre habilité mentionné à l’article D. 3121-21, à un comité de coordination de la lutte contre l’infection aux virus de l’immunodéficience humaine, ou à un autre organisme compétent.
