I.-The free information, screening and diagnosis centre must inform the general director of the regional health agency of any changes to its organisational and operational procedures after it has been accredited.
II – Before 31st March each year, the centre provides the Director General of the Regional Health Agency and the National Public Health Agency with an activity and performance report for the previous year, in accordance with a model laid down by order of the Minister for Health. Where appropriate, the Regional Health Agency will forward this report to the body to which it has entrusted the monitoring and analysis tasks referred to in Article D. 3121-24.
III – Once it has been established, in the presence of both parties, that the way in which the centre operates no longer meets the conditions laid down in Article D. 3121-22, the Director General of the Regional Health Agency will give formal notice to the person in charge to comply with these conditions within the time limit set by the Director General. If this formal notice is not acted upon within the time limit set, the authorisation may be withdrawn. Failure to produce the report referred to in II may also result in the withdrawal of authorisation by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency.
In an emergency involving the safety of users, authorisation may be suspended immediately.
