Article D3132-4 of the French Public Health Code

I.-The duration of periods of employment completed as part of the health reserve may not exceed a total of forty-five days per calendar year; this duration may exceptionally be increased to ninety days by decision of the Director General of the National Public Health Agency and to one hundred and eighty days by order of the Minister for Health.

II-The duration of training periods may not exceed twenty cumulative days per calendar year; this duration may exceptionally be increased to forty days by decision of the Director General of the National Public Health Agency.

Article D3132-4

I.-La durée des périodes d’emploi accomplies au titre de la réserve sanitaire ne peut excéder quarante-cinq jours cumulés par année civile ; cette durée peut être exceptionnellement portée à quatre-vingt-dix jours par décision du directeur général de l’Agence nationale de santé publique et à cent-quatre-vingt jours par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.

II.-La durée des périodes de formation ne peut excéder vingt jours cumulés par année civile ; cette durée peut être exceptionnellement portée à quarante jours par décision du directeur général de l’Agence nationale de santé publique.
