Article D3154-6 of the French Labour Code

The rights deposited may be released :

1° At the request of the beneficiary employee, by the transfer of all or part of the sums deposited in the time savings account, the company savings plan, the inter-company savings plan, the collective retirement savings plan or the collective company retirement savings plan set up by his new employer, under the conditions provided for by the collective agreement setting up the time savings account or by the regulations of the employee savings plans ;

2° At the request of the beneficiary employee or his heirs, by payment, at any time, of all or part of the sums deposited.

Le déblocage des droits consignés peut intervenir :

1° A la demande du salarié bénéficiaire, par le transfert de tout ou partie des sommes consignées sur le compte épargne-temps, le plan d’épargne d’entreprise, le plan d’épargne interentreprises, le plan d’épargne pour la retraite collectif ou le plan d’épargne retraite d’entreprise collectif mis en place par son nouvel employeur, dans les conditions prévues par l’accord collectif mettant en place le compte épargne-temps ou par les règlements des plans d’épargne salariale ;

2° A la demande du salarié bénéficiaire ou de ses ayants droit, par le paiement, à tout moment, de tout ou partie des sommes consignées.
