Article D3171-13 of the French Labour Code

In companies and establishments which apply a system for the organisation of working time in application of the provisions of article L. 3121-44, the total number of hours worked since the beginning of the reference period is mentioned at the end of the period or when the employee leaves if this takes place during the period, on a document attached to the last pay slip for this period.

Dans les entreprises et établissements qui appliquent un dispositif d’aménagement du temps de travail en application des dispositions de l’article L. 3121-44, le total des heures de travail accomplies depuis le début de la période de référence est mentionné à la fin de celle-ci ou lors du départ du salarié si celui-ci a lieu en cours de période, sur un document annexé au dernier bulletin de paie de cette période.
