Article D3361-2 of the French Public procurement code

Subject to the adaptations provided for in this Title, the following provisions shall apply in French Polynesia to concession contracts entered into by the State or its public establishments, subject to the powers devolved to this collectivity, in the wording resulting from Decree No. 2018-1075 of 3 December 2018, unless otherwise specified in the table below.

Sous la réserve des adaptations prévues par le présent titre, les dispositions suivantes sont applicables en Polynésie française aux contrats de concession conclus par l’Etat ou ses établissements publics, sous réserve des compétences dévolues à cette collectivité, dans leur rédaction résultant du décret n° 2018-1075 du 3 décembre 2018, sauf mention contraire dans le tableau ci-après.
