Article D3822-3 of the French Public Health Code

For their application in Wallis and Futuna:

1° In article D. 3512-9-1, the words: “tobacconists, holders of the status of purchaser-reseller and resellers, mentioned in the first paragraph of article 568 of the General Tax Code” are replaced by the words: “engaged in the tobacco trade”;

2° In article D. 3512-9-2, the words: “and the list of approved laboratories is sent by the Ministry of Health to the European Commission” are deleted. 3512-9-2, the words: “and the list of approved laboratories is sent by the Ministry of Health to the European Commission” are deleted;

3° In Article D. 3513-1, the words “tobacconists’ premises” are deleted.

Pour leur application à Wallis-et-Futuna :

1° A l’article D. 3512-9-1, les mots : “ des débitants de tabac, des titulaires du statut d’acheteur-revendeur et des revendeurs, mentionnés au premier alinéa de l’article 568 du code général des impôts ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ pratiquant le commerce du tabac ” ;

2° A l’article D. 3512-9-2, les mots : “ et la liste des laboratoires agréés est transmise par le ministère chargé de la santé à la Commission européenne ” sont supprimés ;

3° A l’article D. 3513-1, les mots : “ les établissements des débitants de tabac, ” sont supprimés.
