I.-The collegiate body meets when convened by its chairman, who determines its annual work programme and sets the agenda for each meeting. The members of the committee receive the notice of meeting at least ten days before the date of the meeting, which is sent to them, together with the documents required for its preparation, by any means, including electronically.
II.-The chairman may, where necessary, request the opinion or expertise of public authorities to assess the subjects on the agenda.
III.-The opinions of the National Periodic Certification Board are adopted by a simple majority of the votes cast. In the event of a tie, the chairman has the casting vote.
IV-The chairman of the National Periodic Certification Board will convene a meeting at least once a year of all the members of the collegiate body and the professional commissions, as well as of all those involved in the periodic certification procedure.
