Article D4071-6 of the French Public Health Code

To carry out the health service,

1° Students enrolled in nursing and physiotherapy training institutes benefit from the reimbursement of transport costs under the terms and conditions laid down by the regulatory provisions relating to the completion of placements during their training;

2° Medical, pharmacy, odontology and midwifery students are entitled to reimbursement of transport costs in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down by order of the ministers responsible for health, the budget and higher education.

Military health students do not benefit from the provisions of 1° and 2°.

Pour la réalisation du service sanitaire,

1° Les étudiants inscrits dans les instituts de formation en soins infirmiers et en masso-kinésithérapie bénéficient de la prise en charge des frais de transport dans les conditions et modalités prévues par les dispositions réglementaires relatives à l’accomplissement des stages durant leur formation ;

2° Les étudiants des formations de médecine, de pharmacie, d’odontologie et de maïeutique bénéficient de la prise en charge des frais de transport dans des conditions et modalités fixées par arrêté des ministres en charge de la santé, du budget et de l’enseignement supérieur.

Les étudiants en santé militaires ne bénéficient pas des dispositions du 1° et du 2°.
