Article D421-3 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The representative of the market undertaking must send its observations to the Autorité des marchés financiers within a period set by the letter referred to in Article D. 421-2. This deadline may not be less than three days.

The representative of the market undertaking is summoned to appear before the AMF Board. The notice must reach the representative at least three days before the date of the Board meeting.

The representative may be assisted by a lawyer.

Article D421-3

Le représentant de l’entreprise de marché doit adresser ses observations à l’Autorité des marchés financiers dans un délai fixé par la lettre mentionnée à l’article D. 421-2. Ce délai ne peut être inférieur à trois jours.

Le représentant de l’entreprise de marché est convoqué pour être entendu par le collège de l’Autorité des marchés financiers. Cette convocation doit lui parvenir trois jours au moins avant la date de la réunion du collège.

Il peut se faire assister par un avocat.
