Article D4232-1 of the French Public Health Code

For the application of article L. 4232-11, the list of pharmacists registered in section E is drawn up on the basis of the information contained in the register referred to in article D. 4113-118. The content of the register is limited to practising pharmacists. For each of them, only the data listed in 1° to 4° of article D. 4221-26 may appear.

The table may be consulted on the premises of the State departments responsible for health at local level.

Article D4232-1

Pour l’application de l’article L. 4232-11, le tableau des pharmaciens inscrits dans la section E est établi à partir des informations contenues dans le répertoire mentionné à l’article D. 4113-118. Le contenu du tableau est limité aux pharmaciens en exercice. Pour chacun d’eux, ne peuvent figurer que les données énumérées aux 1° à 4° de l’article D. 4221-26.

Le tableau est consultable dans les locaux des services de l’Etat chargés, à l’échelon local, de la santé.
