Article D4233-10 of the French Public Health Code

Each pair of candidates, titulars and substitutes, may draw up a circular, the characteristics of which are laid down in the electoral regulations.

These circulars, drawn up in French, may only be devoted to the presentation of the two candidates or the candidate and their substitutes, in whose name they are circulated and to matters falling within the competence of the Association pursuant to articles L. 4231-1 et seq. or concerning the operation of the Association.

Declarations of candidacy and circulars are sent at the same time to the competent council, which checks compliance with the aforementioned conditions in accordance with the procedures defined by the electoral regulations.

Chaque binôme de candidats ou candidat, titulaires et suppléants, peut rédiger une circulaire dont les caractéristiques sont fixées par le règlement électoral.

Ces circulaires, rédigées en français, ne peuvent être consacrées qu’à la présentation du binôme de candidats ou du candidat, et de ses suppléants, au nom desquels elles sont diffusées et à des questions relevant de la compétence de l’ordre en application des articles L. 4231-1 et suivants ou concernant le fonctionnement ordinal.

Les déclarations de candidatures et les circulaires sont adressées en même temps au conseil compétent qui vérifie le respect des conditions précitées selon des modalités définies par le règlement électoral.
