Article D4233-28 of the French Public Health Code

The president, vice-president, treasurer or a member in charge of a specific mission of a regional, central or national council or of a delegation may receive an allowance linked to these responsibilities.

The amount of this allowance is set according to the tasks and workload of each member and may be revised annually by the National Council after consulting the Central Councils at its plenary session devoted to the budget.

The annual amount of this allowance, granted for a purpose other than covering the expenses mentioned in the third paragraph of article L. 4233-5, may not exceed, for the year in question, three times the annual ceiling provided for in the first paragraph of article L. 241-3 of the Social Security Code.

The lump sums and, where applicable, the procedures for apportioning these allowances are set out in the Order’s budgetary and accounting regulations provided for in article L. 4231-7 and published by the National Council.

Le président, le vice-président, le trésorier ou un membre chargé d’une mission spécifique d’un conseil régional, central ou national ou d’une délégation peuvent percevoir une indemnité liée à ces responsabilités.

Le montant de cette indemnité est fixé en fonction des missions et de la charge de travail de chacun et est révisable annuellement par le conseil national après avis des conseils centraux lors de sa session plénière consacrée au budget.

Le montant annuel de cette indemnité, attribuée à un autre titre que la prise en charge des frais mentionnés au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 4233-5, ne peut excéder pour l’année considérée trois fois le plafond annuel prévu au premier alinéa de l’article L. 241-3 du code de la sécurité sociale.

Les montants forfaitaires ainsi que, le cas échéant, les modalités de répartition de ces indemnités, sont fixées dans le règlement budgétaire et comptable de l’ordre prévu à l’article L. 4231-7 et publiées par le conseil national.
